Where are you located?
Dough Luxe Sweets is based in Rootstown, Ohio. Our grab-and-go porch side pantry is located right outside our home and open for self-serve shopping on scheduled market days.
How does the porch pick-up work?
Our porch-side pantry is stocked with fresh baked goods—breads, muffins, cookies, granola, pretzels, jams, and more. Just stop by during posted hours, grab what you’d like, pay using the instructions provided, and enjoy.
Do I need to pre-order?
No pre-order is needed for our weekly grab-and-go items. However, custom orders are required for specialty items such as cake pops, decorated cookies, chocolate-covered Oreos, and event orders. Custom orders must be placed in advance using the request form on our site.
What types of items can I custom order?

How far in advance should I order?
Please place custom orders at least 1 week in advance. For larger or event orders, 10–14 days is preferred.
Do you deliver or ship?
At this time, we do not offer delivery or shipping. All orders are for local porch pick-up in Rootstown, OH.
Are your products made in a nut-free or allergen-free kitchen?
No. While some products may not contain nuts, our kitchen is not allergen-free. All items are made in a home kitchen that uses wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Please check individual product labels for more information.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
We are not a gluten-free or vegan bakery at this time.
How do I pay?
For porch pick-up, payment instructions are posted at the pantry. We accept Cash, Venmo, Cash App & Pay-Pal.
For custom orders, payment details will be shared at the time of confirmation.
Do you post menus and Porch Side Pick Up Days?
Yes! Menus and porch pantry open dates are shared on our website and social media.
